The "Dear Webmaster" opening, plus the lack of any reference to
ourselves or what we do is the main clue. Also check out their website
and note it has nothing about clipart, nor SVG, nor especially public
domain. They're simply trying to drive up hits to their website to
collect buyers.
In general, anyone who contacts you and asks for a link to their site is
not worthy of the link - if they were, then you'd have already heard of
their site and have added a link already. ;-)
