[Clipart] Inkscape 0.42 Splash Screen

Hello Clip Artists...looks like no one has made a 0.42 Inkscape about
SVG file. Check out the latest Inkscape 0.41 About menu item to see the
old one. I bet someone could design a good one for Inkscape (and help
cross-promote OCAL for the upcoming version 0.42 release of Inkscape).

If you create one, please submit to the Inkscape devel. list...
