[Clipart] [Bug 4972] New: Can't access "Browse the Library"

When you try access "Browse the Library" you receive a 
"404 Not Found"... Message 
 
I'm using Konqueror 3.4.0 and KDE 3.4.0... 
Linux Kernel 2.6.14 Plain Vanilla... 
And a LFS 6.0 home crafted distribution...
