The site is down for some days now and I expect* we have some users 
wanting to download the last release, we should have provided at least a 
download link on the temporary page (or at least to remove the 
problematic file from incoming, disable upload and put the site back).


*In fact I was asked privately for a backup or a mirror and my quickest 
solution was to put a copy of the .zip in the last release on my home 
folder from fd.o
