[Clipart] SVN or CVS to get the repository?

Probably because the current release process is already complex and
adding an extra step will complicate it further, but I am not the best
person to comment about this.
If I am not wrong, we tried to put the clipart in CVS but not pursued
this, don't remember why (maybe the lack of users needing this or
because of the release process which is complex)
I believe the intention for the DMS when it will be ready is to provide
what you requested.
