[Clipart] Inclusion of copyrighted logo in your library

It adds confusion to the term "Open" Clipart Library, and needlessly
places the library at risk of litigation.

I am formally stating that we should not allow logos or trademarks into
our collection. Do you all agree that we should make this policy?
