[Clipart] Open Clipart Software

Hello,

i have been trying without success, to open the Clipart items
featured on a 2 disc free software given with the magazine "PC
Answers". The software loaded OK however it will not open because
Windows doesn't know the program used to create the files.

How do I open them please?
