[Clipart] please new directory: /roadsigns/de

Hi,

ill upload all german roadsigns as .svg.
But sort them please to an extra subdir. So people can find them better.

The dir could be 'germany' or shorter 'de', wich is the top level domain code 
of germany.

For a start i upped: 
http://www.openclipart.org/incoming/gefahrzeichen_aus_der_s_01.svg

hope it is OK, that i collect them in groups, because i have not the manpower 
to write an correct meta tag for all signs too. 

BTW: it may be more usefull for users to get an overview, if they are grouped.

what do you think?
