Re: the clipart request form.

There is a bug listed #3426 which was started on this topic.

I had even gone so far as to make a sample form for others to run with
and improve. I, however, am not a web programmer, and so I could only go
so far as to start this form.

Perhaps there are others who's like to carry on. - Please read the bug
description for more info..
