[Clipart] Suggestions for future enhancements for clipart uploads

Oops. My bad. I must have just noticed when I'd done an open.

Should this be taken care up as part of the upload script, or just
included in the guidelines for people submitting clipart? I know when
I submitted some clipart a while ago, I didn't know about the bounding
box. My images weren't too far inside the lines, but I would have done
them right if I'd known about it.

It's not as serious as the bounding box issue, but I think from a
usability viewpoint it's still important. Supposedly, a good product
will deliver a consistent experience. I think having all cliparts
imported at the same size would help deliver that.
