[Clipart] upload issue

Hello,

Unfortunately the upload size is now limited to 300Kb (which is IMO too small). I filled a bug report about that a week ago or so, so hopefully the max upload size will be increased to a reasonable size, like 1Mb.

In the meanwhile there's nothing to do, because ZIP files nor TGZ archives aren't supported.
