[Clipart] PGF data

I was browsing some images and I noticed some files that are particularly
large have a lot of data in the tag <i:pgf id="adobe_illustrator_pgf" >. One
example of many is the file flying_wasp_gerald_g._01.svg. Is this data
needed? It seems that a lot of space can be saved by removing it.
