[Clipart] ccHost - BPM/Tempo

Hi Victor,

I noticed on the upload page there is a field for "BPM (Tempo)".  Since
clipart doesn't have "beats per minute", it would be sensible to disable
this for openclipart.org.  How is this done?

Looking through the code, I see this parameter is added in the
OnFormFields() function of cc-bpm.php.  However, I can't determine what
calls this routine, or if there is a high level way to disable it.
Could you give some tips on this?
