[Clipart] cchost and RSS

Experimenting with the RSS feed of cchost, i temporarily added the feed 
for new uploads to Planet OCAL (http://planet.openclipart.org).
Is not something we want to keep on, for a large number of uploads each 
day probably it would just spam the planet site, but it is cool: for 
each upload a new post is added, with a link to the image page, the 
description, name of the submitter and date (only a thumbnail is lacking).

I think there is some potential is this feature, look for example at 
http://gnomedesktop.org/ with the latest additions from 
http://art.gnome.org featured on the left column. Probably we can do 
something like that (don't know yet where, but I am excited by the idea).
