[Clipart] open SVG files in something other than yahoo browser

What is this Yahoo Browser you are talking about? a rebranded version of 
Microsoft Internet Explorer?

Corel Draw should be able to open our SVG files (unless you have a very 
old version) - note: Corel Draw, not Corel Photo Paint.

My favorite tool for opening and editing SVG files is Inkscape 
(http://inkscape.org), which is Free Software (GPL).
