[Clipart] spec-file of V 0.18 contains some mistakes

Hello,
while trying to create a rpm out of your
'openclipart-0.18-full.tar.gz' I found two mistakes in the spec file
openclipart.spec.

1. the buildver was set to 0.17
   the correct line should be:
   %define buildver 0.18

2. the Source0-specification ends with '.bz2' but should end with
'.gz'
   the correct line should be:
  
Source0:	http://www.openclipart.org/downloads/%{buildver}/openclipart-%{buildver}-full.tar.gz
