[Clipart] mailing list moderated? bugs being reviewed? and bad license

I submitted a bug a while ago and today noticed it was in "NEW"
state. And 
several others are too.

I reported about an openclipart.org image I am using in a commercial
book that appears to have a bad license :(

I also emailed the list about this on July 13 and the list software
emailed me back saying it would be moderated. When?
