I wont go digging through Bugzilla to find Firefox bug reports...

"I have a few problems with that page. How much of a problem depends on
what the goals of OpenClipart are."

The reason I asked that question was it makes it easier to make decisions
when we know the starting point and share a frame of reference.

Assuming OpenClipart cares first about promoting SVG then it makes sense
not to exclude applications that support SVG like Opera. I'm not
suggesting a ringing endorsement for Opera or anything, in fact if both
Firefox and Opera were mentioned as having SVG support and we leave it to
the users to make up their own mind as to what is best.
