Commercial use is permitted, even encouraged since all images are released
into the public domain.

Efforts have been made to ensure that images are not covered by copyright
and can be released into the public domain but as far as we know you can
use the images for any purpose you wish.

You are allowed do this.  You might want to do some additional review
yourself in case any copyright images accidentally slipped through.

Public Domain.  You can do anything you like with the pictures.
