[Clipart] Licence on flags

Hello,

I've done flags with Sodipodi and Inkscape. All flags made with Sodipodi 
were listed in Sodipodi web site with creative common licence in domain 
public by me. These flags are now listed in openclipart but sometimes, 
the uploader forget to write my name as the author.
How can I change it in open clipart because now wikipédia list these 
flags without my name too...
