Cool, you can help translate ccHost by either downloading the latest po
file:
http://cctools.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/cctools/cchost/trunk/locale/default/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/cchost.po

and translating that using some tool like poedit or the commandline, or
you can use http://translate.creativecommons.org/

Actually, there are several Creative Commons tools there that need
translation, so however you can get translators, that would be super
awesome!
