[Clipart] Artists Signing Clipart

We should remove the label, names or authorship are extra information
and displaying this information on the image it's self is undesirable
for anyone using the image.
It should be considered a part of the clean up teams job to remove
these kinds of things.
(we _do_ have a clean up team right?)
