[Clipart] Clipart cleaning (was: Artists Signing Clipart)

Hello Jon,

Thank you for the good words, I'm glad I can help maintaining the clipart 
clean and shiny :)

Would it be possible in the future to implement a special admin page where 
all the changes made to cliparts can be shown (something like a change 
history) where would be:
- date of the change (ban, deletion, file update etc...)
- who made the change (admin nickame)
- reason of the change (short explanation written by the admin)
- link to the changed (updated, banned, unpublished) clipart, that would 
help administrate the cliparts awaiting confirmation/deletion/etc...

That would be very very helpful, specially with big amounts of cliparts and 
many people cleaning the library.

Don't know how this could be hard to create though...
