So what browser are you using? Our clip art images are in SVG format, so 
you will need a web browser supporting SVG:
- if you use Firefox you will need the 1.5 version or newer, which have 
native support for SVG - this is the recommended option;
- if you use Internet Explorer, make sure you have installed the Adobe 
SVG plugin.
