Hi Luke,

I write to you on behalf of the Open Clip Art Library, which is an
opensource project that is attempting to collate as many high quality,
public domain clip arts as possible.

We have come across the artwork in your sunwise program, and we wish
to place it in our collection. I sent an email to the main EPA site,
and they told me this:

> According to the United States Code Title 17, Section 105, copyright protection
> is not provided for any work produced by the United States Government.
> However, if the government document contains any materials produced by
> sources other than the United States Government, this material may be
> protected by copyright. You will need to contact the producer of the material in
> order to obtain permission or details on the information it contains.

hence the purpose of this email. I ask you if any of the images that
are contained in the sunwise material were produced by anyone out side
of the US government.

If not, we will convert these images to vector(SVG) format and place
them in our collection for anyone to use.

Thanks for your time,

Ryan Lerch
