CC is the creative commons. Their licences are copyleft. "CC BY
atribution-ShareAlike" is very similar in aim to the GFDL but is
better. ( IANAL but  I understand the GFDL has certain problems for
short blocks of text)

I don't see any particular reason to specify non comercial.
