May further suggest a fairly detailed set of expectations ?

perhaps along the lines of...

- no more that X colours
- must be accompanied by black and white version 
- size it should be readable at 
- pixel size it should display at (even though it is vector art)
- etc. 

This would help any contributers with sending appropriate entries.
