[Clipart] language glitch on the site

Hi all, looks like the language code was turned on on the cchost site we
are powered on and now german is around on the site.

The problem is a bug in the language code for ccHost and that new
languages are translated for all strings, some of which are in the
database, and hence overwrite the strings into the website. Thus, we get
baked in German.

I'm working to clean-it-up, so please email any places you still see
this as a problem...
