Er it's not copy right, copying a real physical thing into a picture
or impression doesn't break any copyright since you can't copyright
the look of the thing. it's a trademark thing be sure to make the
distinction, even though some business lump trademarks, copyrights and
patents into 'interlectual property' no such thing exists in law and
they're all handled very differently with their own rules and rules.

Having details ban messages and possible ways to solve it should
always be an aim I feel. the trademark holder in this case, not
copyright. a copyright holder would be for instance if you copied an
photo that sony took or copied the schematics that sony drew.
