[Clipart] How d I download the full version

Nope, it is not a typo.
Due to various server problems and back-end changes we had no formal 
release since then. We had a few tentatives to get a releasable package 
but no success. Help needed.

With the high number of images gathered, the download would be quite 
big, so is questionable if we really want to have one such "download 
all" package.
