BTW all, our /downloads/* packages are all on the osuosl ftp/mirror
system now, so let the floodgates open!

I am investigating with an OSUOSL admin about how to mirror our /people
and /contest which also has our content, but the /downloads section was
the one getting pegged before and took us offline from fd.o.
