Unlikely.  Everything posted to OCAL is under the Public Domain.
Copyright violations wouldn't be hard to track, I believe, and the
community would have reported them.

What may happen, however, was that they were nuked after the big crash
this year.  Lots of old files are gone now unfortunately.
