Those are the new banners Brooks made _after_ OCAL came back.  Look at
the older entries like http://openclipart.org/media/files/mabroox/3652

Click on any of the files, and... puff, "File not found".  I have seen
this happen with a few other images not even related with SOM.  If the
images are still on the server, maybe it's just the links that are
broken?
