[Clipart] The Old Collection: /incoming and /clipart

So our old collection is in both /incoming and /clipart and we need to
make that evident on the main page. Is that doable easily you think in
the stats section?

The /incoming_mix folder is dumb and I moved it out of the way, so we
should forget about. What I did was take previous months incoming
folders and combined them into incoming_mix...soooo, I just made sure
all incoming folders are combined, and that is what we have in /incoming
now...sooooo....

Man, I really want to get these processed.

Also, for anyone who wants to play around with them, I made a tarball of
incoming and one of the current /clipart. Both of those together make up
what is our old collection...

These are slightly modified because I toasted a few illegal files from
bug requests.

NOTE: Could someone (maybe me) add to the top of the downloads page
($PATH_TO_CCHOST/ocal-files/viewfile/downloads.xml) another box for
these two packages as intermediate copies of our old collection.

Should I go ahead and make a big tarball of both of these and also our
current uploads on ccHost? I just realized, that is a lame way to do a
release ;) But, I mainly want to make sure ppl. know we aren't
abandoning the old content...just a long slow transition ;)

My brain is fried, but next is how to get them into the collection...
