Is the debut of a series of articles about using creative Free and Open 
Source tools and we (me and Máirín Duffy from RH, who co-wrote the 
article) wanted to start with Inkscape.

Is not very high level, it was made mostly for beginners but I hope it 
will get some good exposure for Inkscape and OCAL.
