[Clipart] welcome back!

Hi!

So far I see no problems with the site (I began cleaning the library about 
an hour ago and I'm testing all kind of funtionalities...). The OSUOSL 
server is IMO a lot faster, uploading bigger SVG files works so far without 
problems.

I'll report here any strange behaviour I'll encounter.
