[Clipart] Buttons, Banners and stuff

Hi all, i have been playing around with banners and buttons for OCAL.
(based off some work andyfitz did last year...)

also, i have made and added a osuosl button on the sidebar of the ocal page...

and i have changed the footer of the ocal page to say we are hosted bu
osuosl with additional infrasctuctre by freedesktop.org...
