I've been hopeful to write something into ccHost to do at upload and
then to be able to run over the whole collection, but if you'd like to
look into a quicker solution using ImageMagick, convert, etc, please do
so...

The solution would be need to generate something like:

FILENAME-thumbnail.png from FILENAME.svg in nested directories...

We are in #openclipart on irc.freenode.net if you want to talk more
about...otherwise, please send along something to the list...or, if you
are interested in hacking on, please do ask...
