[Clipart] a possible clue to the resolving of the upload bug

Hi,

An OCAL user called tomas_arad found a strange behaviour of the upload bug (uploading new SVG files replacing a previous one resulting in a blank screen). If the filename of the newly uploaded SVG file replacing a previous one (like after a bounding box reduction for example) is the same, the upload ends by a blank screen. If the new SVG file has a different name, then the upload ends normally and the previous file is replaced.
