[Clipart] author sorted files ready to be re-uploaded

Well I didn't hear anything about getting my sorted archive up on the  
official site so I put zip archives of all the files sorted by author  
on my site.  So people can start to take their files and upload them  
to the current site.  I modified the roadmap section for 0.19 to read:

#  the collection has been sorted by author - this includes all files  
except those in the incoming folder. Please download your old files  
from the following link and upload them to the current OCAL site:

     * http://homepage.mac.com/johnny_automatic/FileSharing27.html or  
http://tinyurl.com/2bu2ue

# We are tracking the transfer of files from the old archive to the  
new OCAL site on this page:

     * http://openclipart.org/wiki/authorlist - please strike through  
your name when you have uploaded your files to the current site.

and I made the authorlist page to use as a tracking system for  
uploads to the new site.  When someone has an Anonymous account set  
up I can start uploading the ones in the public domain folder.  I  
also need to run a list of the single authors in the assorted authors  
folder.  I suspect though that few people who  only uploaded one file  
in the last 2 years are actively involved here, but who knows.
