[Clipart] links

On the About page or Overview Tab the two links for uploading art go  
directly to the submit form for original art.  This by-passes the  
choices of original art, external source, remix, etc.  Seems it  
should go to http://openclipart.org/media/submit and not http:// 
openclipart.org/media/submit/clipart as it currently does.  Does that  
make sense?
