[Clipart] broken link on the front page:

I have commented out the links for these three, until we can figure out what
is going on. Any ideas Rejon + other cchost hackers?

I have changed this link to point to the new OSUOSL download area for all
the old packages.( http://download.openclipart.org/downloads/ )
