[Clipart] reviews page

Is the reviews page functions broken too?

I get this on the page:

Most Actively Reviewed Uploads

And I see that some reviews have been posted for my images and I  
never recieved e-mail notices.

Anyone else?  So I worry that the people I have informed of problems  
are not getting notified.
