[Clipart] Attention all OCAL users: new drawing contest to show your skills

Wait, did you not set this up as a normal contest? Can you get to the
contest admin/properties section? Looks like the submissions are not
showing...there should be a tab, unless you deleted it.

Also, did you create the submission form from scratch? Looks like there
are some bugs to squash in the competition...
