[Clipart] Clipart upload not working

Hi.

The upload of original clipart seems to be broken for a few days now. 
The error I get is:

ERROR(8) "/var/www/openclipart.org/htdocs/cclib/cc-form.php"(2079): 
Undefined index: upload_file_name [2008-02-02 18:55 pm][127.0.0.1]
[/media/submit/clipart]         
Down for upgrade, check back soon
Troubleshooting new installations

Would be great if this could be fixed.
