[Clipart] Submitting as Anonymous

AFAIK, we don't have an anonymous submission system. Over the top of my 
head I don't see another solution than to register another account and 
use a pseudonym instead of your real name.

PS: you made me really curious about this flag, if it is problematic to 
be linked with your name then is acceptable for the library?
