[Clipart] Submitting as Anonymous

I have just a little question more: I want to view and change metadata of my
SVG files, to add my name, the license and all the info. What can I do? Also
the name of a metadata  of a good metadata app or multi-format viewer for
windows would be very appreciated. Please excuse.
