I updated the Guidelines that are in the sidebar so they were more  
current but it is true that the other link on the page itself with the  
page icon (under go to main page) is an old version of the  
guidelines.  This is not something I can edit - as I recall it is a  
server call and not something on the editable pages.  If that makes  
sense.
