tags for svg files should be included in their metadata

the tag metadata is not in the svg files I found:
for example: http://openclipart.org/media/tags/abstract
first example: http://openclipart.org/people/cibo00/cibo00_Running_Legs.svg
tags are given as:      media, clip_art, art, abstract, sculpture, legs, sport
these terms are not in the metadata.

similarly http://openclipart.org/media/tags/media
first example:
http://openclipart.org/people/liftarn/liftarn_Dark_haired_woman_with_bangs.svg
tags are given as:      media, clip_art, externalsource, unchecked, woman,
hair, bangs, people, face
these terms are not in the metadata.
