[Clipart] [Open Clip Art Library] licenses/ free to use?

Hello!

I work in a communication centre at Helsinki/Finland. We use pictures for communication purposes (people with problems with speech). I would like to change the cliparts to some   format that can be used in communication programs (.jpg, .wmf). Some of the 7000 clipboards are clear enough. Are there any limitations to this? Ilkka
